Shipping Rates

Sydney Metro Area

  • Orders over $99 receive free shipping.

  • Occasionally, due to website settings, a delivery fee may appear at checkout. If this happens, we will refund the delivery fee after the order is placed.

NSW (Outside Sydney Metro Area)

  • Flat rate shipping: $15 per order

Other Areas (Outside NSW)

  • Flat rate shipping: $25 per order

Special Note

  • If you need adjustments to the flat rate for specific items or areas, please contact us via Email, Instagram, or WeChat, and we will update it for you.

Delivery Times:

Most metro areas: 2 - 5 business days.
Rural and remote areas: Delivery times vary; please check with your destination and chosen shipping method.
Parcels to Western Australia may take an additional two weeks.
Delivery Restrictions:

We do not deliver to Post Office addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers.

Delivery Process:

Delivery Times: Parcels are delivered weekdays, Monday to Friday, during business hours (8 am - 6 pm).
Authority to Leave: Provide clear instructions during checkout for the courier's "authority to leave" if you are not home.
Public Holidays: Expect slight delays around Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
Redelivery and Non-Delivery:

If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will leave a card/email with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Non-collection or redelivery arrangements may result in a return to us.
A $25 fee per parcel applies for return and reshipping. Alternatively, a refund minus a $20 fee per parcel can be arranged.
Responsibilities as a Customer:

Monitor tracking information closely.
Report non-receipt of parcels within 3 business days of the indicated delivery date.
